   Is there a fee for a consultation?
   
   No. We'll sit with you to review your needs, assess your course of action, and believe it or not, determine whether or not you need our services! Not everyone needs a pro! If you don't, we'll let you know.
   
   How do I get started? Can't I just send you my resume to fix?
   
   If you decide to proceed after a consultation, simply let us know what package you'd like. Once payment is received, we'll conduct an informational interview with you to really understand your needs. Next, we'll prepare your resume and you'll review the draft and we'll make adjustments as necessary.
   
   The interview is important. It's an essential tool to building a resume that is truly customized to reflect you. Without it, you'll likely get back more of the same that you had on your original resume. If you don't have time to conduct an interview, we may not be the service for you.
   
   How long will it take to create my resume?
   
   The assessment will take approximately 15-30 minutes. The interview depends on you, but typically, the interview will take 30-60 minutes. We'll provide you with a draft within 48 hours, but occasionally vary on a case-by-case basis.
   
   Will I receive hard copies or electronic format?
   
   We'll customize your resume to suit your needs. We can provide you with either hard copies or electronic formats, or both. Let us know and we'll get it done!
   
   If I'm not satisfied, why can't I get my money back? Are your prices negotable?
   
   We sell our time and experience, not a product that can be returned, refurbished, or sold to someone else. We put a lot of time and care into your resume, and our prices are not negotiable.
   
   Why should I choose Absolutely Resumes over other providers?
   
   We guarantee our resumes will get your phone ringing. No other company guarantees this. If your phone doesn't ring, we'll rework your resume until it does.
   
   We work hard to keep our costs down by omitting the rental of office space, resulting in our ability to keeo our prices reasonable for you. We do have office space through partners should a  private space be necessary.
   
   What are my payment options?
   
   Of course, we gladly accept cash! You can also make your payment through PayPal, Certified Cheque, Bank Draft, or Money Order.
